He arches his back at the touch, but when his nipples are touched he tilts his head back and groans. He's never really touched himself there... but even if he had, he can't imagine that it would feel as good as how it does now. His lip trembles from the overwhelming feelings he's having and he tries to shut his brain up by tucking his head into the crook of the other's neck.
"Schatzi... dear... I... uh. I don't... I don't know how much more of this I... I can take before... making a mess of myself?" His voice is high and strained, somewhat - okay, severely - embarrassed. And he's not sure if he's ready to go further than this... not yet. It still feels unreal to him that someone is touching him in a gentle way.
